    Imodel errors from sat/autocad files

We use autocad 3d models extensively and a lot of the models display correctly in Microstation shaded modes but when an I-model is created and viewed in Microstation or Bentley View or Navigator  there are parts missing or they are shown in wireframe.  See the top of the vessel in the two screen shots.  The complete one is from Micrstation with the autocad file referenced in and displaying correctly.  The other one is the imodel and the top and bottom are missing.

Hi Dariues, That works great thanks.  Can I ask why this would not be the default setup?  Is there are performance drop in these graphics or something?

Yes, performance is the one and of the major reason. XGraphics is basically the universal format, understandable on all platforms, and doesn't require any addition graphic handlers to generate\draw them. Moreover, the above mentioned key-in was developed just for testing purpose.

      This is a test
