Creating 3D PDF from i.dgn file

Hi, 
 Is it possible to create a 3D PDF with all the embedded information using an i.dgn file using Bentley Navigator ?

With Bentley Navigator SELECTseries 5 you can publish a 3D PDF with properties. When in the Print dialog select the Print to 3D option then go to Settings > 3D Plotting and set the "Include Properties" to All.
