ProjectWise Deliverables Management - Guidance for Clients

Hi,

There seems to be plenty of guidance on how to create transmittals and RFIs - is there any guidance for clients i.e. what to do when they receive a transmittal, how to acknowledge and respond to a transmittal? We are trialling this system on a project and the client seem to be a bit lost with it as it is new to them.

Any information you can provide would be appreciated?
