From ProjectWise change levels on-off within DGN's

Hello,

Is it possible to set DGN levels on/off from within Projectwise? e.g. on a state change with the Rules-based-workflow WRE ?

A bit similar to the "Update_TB" argument where there is a check-out, update title block, check in ?
