    Hi guys,

Receive the following error when running an Iplot distribution job:

Failed -- ProjectWise error creating folder "Contracts".
ProjectWise error message: Internal error. Insufficient information passed to dmsapi.

This is the error shown in the Orchestration Framework / Distribution Service window.
    Anyone have any ideas?

The job itself is taking a DGN from a folder location in ProjectWise, and distributing a PDF in to another folder area - it is configured to create a matching folder path but this seems to be a problem.
This is being done as testing - our existing Iplot servers work fine and can distribute and create folders with no issue - but are running on Server 2003 (x86). This error occurs on a box running Server 2008 R2 (x64).

It can distribute a PDF to a folder that already exists with no issue, but folder creation seems to be an issue.

This is using ProjectWise SS2. Am I missing a configuration step or is there some other issue?

The distribution service uses a given projectwise user to push the pdf file back into projectwise.

Can you login to a projectwise explorer session running on the server 2008 box using this user
-sometimes the woking directory is missing or like and generates an error
-then when logged in projectwise organiser as this user create the folder path in question yourself
      - this given user must have create folder rights or an error will be generated

errors generated like this do not allways find their way into the iplot DS system as a clear message.
