ProjectWise Explorer UI enhancement suggestions and Wish list

I have started this thread to share some thoughts on what would make the ProjectWise Explorer user experience better and enable others like me in the community to share theirs. You never know but those at Bentley responsible for controlling its development may listen and include some of them.

My initial thought is in relation to the Document Properties tab in the bottom right panel. This part of the UI could be put to better use, enabling the user to do more without having to scroll to near the bottom of the documents menu to open the Properties dialog which then occupies a lot of the screen particularly on low res monitors.

I Believe that placing most of the common actions as buttons on this panel and adding the ability to edit properties would enhance user productivity. What do other think?

I like this, although nitpicky me would put the thumbnail on the left and properties on the right (and probably squeeze it down a bit most of those previews are tiny right now and don't blow up well)

Also would like an audit trail tab, click it and get the audit trail for the current file (or folder if a folder is selected, but no sub-folder actions unless explicity turned on.)

Another UI feature I would like is to have a "fullscreen" option with Photo Preview. Even better would be if I could send a url with a code number that automatically displayed the pdf etc in full screen for the recipient.

Please make the "show all versions" toggle easier to access. Like make it a command I can add to one of the toolbars. And don't make it open a dialogue box!! Just click once to see all versions and click again to see the latest.

And for the love of God, why isn't there a "directory history" button when I want to open a new drawing or browse for a reference?
