Office 2013/365 and ProjectWise URL/URN

Has anyone seen an issue when sending a ProjectWise URL or URN within an e-mail (Outlook) and the receiving user is using Office 2013/365 Outlook (this is actually an external user, someone not on the same domain) the ProjectWise URL or URN will be displayed as plain text?

Other urls (Non ProjectWise) in other e-mails show as an actual url

Any update on this issue? I have the same situation with one particular user and Office 365 using his email in the browser.

owa automatically overwrites pw:// links with a blocking link. An email forwarded from OWA that contains PW links will have the links replaced with blocking links. This is a behavior of OWA and not Bentley. There is no fix that I'm aware of, we ran into this years ago and Microsoft has no way of whitelisting particular url types.

Thanks Kevin,

Very strange that I have multiple users without an issue, just this one particular user has a problem. If he emails out a link to another Office 365 user, the link works as expected.
