AutoCAD 2015 integration .. how to keep it working?

    Hello,

Most of our users use AutoCAD Civil 3D. We are finding that one or two users need the integration re-installed almost every second week.

The re-install is done to "re-activate" the ProjectWise folder browsing with AutoCAD's XREF ATTACH Command (DMSATTACH).

For some odd reason it stops working; XREF attach returns to normal folder browsing. We issued an SR some time back. The SR solution is to "re-install" the integration.

Is there anyway we can prevent the integration from becoming "unusable"? Any tips will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Best Regards,

    Kevin

      Hello Kevin,
Yes, let's see if we can find a pattern to duplicate the issue. BTW, have any logs been generated?
      Thank you.
      Raul

      Hi Kevin,
I was referring to ProjectWise logs. They would be located on the client machine in the following area - %localappdata%/Bentley logs. I would like to see the pwc.log and odma.log. Will you be available early next week for a phone call to discuss?

      Thank you.
      Raul
