Is it possible to add a recipient to a Bentley transmittal after it has been issued

A transmittal has been issued and we need to add an additional recipient. 
 Is that possible?

Jeff, after a transmittal is issued, it cannot be changed. Your options are 
1. Recall the transmittal, make changes and resend 
or 
2. Make a new transmittal, using the initial one as a template, and change the recipient list
