ProjectWise Titleblock Intetgration and AECOsim Building Designer (SELECTseries 5)

A user uses AECOsim exclusively.  He stated that Titleblock Integration does not work.  I have opened the file with AECOsim and confirmed.  I open the same file with MicroStation and Titleblock Integration works fine.  Does anyone know if Titleblock Integration works with AECOsim?

ProjectWise Integration Server and Client - v08.11.11.590

AECOsim Building Designer (SELECTseries 5) v08.11.09.747

    Thanks in advance.

Bob: I would call in and speak with someone in the building group about this. They can confirm integration with titleblock.

There was a "similar" issue with someone using Plant products. As far as I know this is not specific to AECOsim. It may be PC specific concerning a file on the machine and title block.ma. Do you have a file called tbldr.ma or similar? Our best advice is to uninstall everything and run a registry cleaner several times, reboot and reinstall. Make sure that you don't have any lingering prior versions of applications that were installed/uninstalled and remove what you don't need and no longer use.

      Yes it works.

We use both, MicroStation and AECOsim with  ProjectWise and Titleblock Integration works quite well.

For the exchange we use a MCMTB.ma.

The only problem with titleblock exchange we had, whether in MicroStation or in AECOsim, was when the MCMTB.ma was missing in the specific program path.
