Full Text Indexing ... list of documents

Hello,

Document Processor File Property Extraction provides data in the DBO.DMS_PROPVALUES table.

This table includes the O_DOCGUID column, indicating the Document that has Extracted File Property Values.

. . .

What about the Full Text Indexing Document Processor, is there a similar table showing the Documents that have been "prepared/included/processed".

Thx,

Kevin.

  • Sorry there is not, the only way to find out is through the datasource statistics.

  • Thank You .... I just need more details before activating the "Answered" property

I checked the stats ... shows the following...

Full Text Retrieval 53 Number of Documents Processed by FTR      1405998
Full Text Retrieval 54 Number of Documents Unprocessed by FTR    838200
Full Text Retrieval 55 Number of Documents In-Process by FTR                13

Less than 50% are Processed right now.

This probably means that when users do a Full Text search less than 50% of the Documents are "represented/processed" so .. the changes of finding info is "not good" right now.

I plan to monitor these statistics... to determine a date when the full search will have a "good chance of finding what you search for".

Is there anyway we can control the Full Text Indexing Process?

Or ... a way to see the scheduled documents to be processed or maybe list the documents that have been Processed?
