Unable to "Save As" in Civil3D ProjectWise

The "Save As" command in the AutoCAD Civil 3D 2013 ProjectWise integration ribbon does not work. The command line displays: dmssaveas unknown command. Without this feature it is very cumbersome to create a new C3D DWG. Any suggestions??
