ProjectWise Managed Workspace - How to Update or Add multiple files

We have been using Managed Workspaces in PW SS4 and below and now we have many updates we need to make to these Workspaces.  We would like to know the best procedure to make updates to existing folders/files as well as adding files that do not exists in the Workspaces currently.  We also know of some files that will need to be removed but are not aware of all of them as there are hundreds of files in each clients Workspace.  Is there a good way to compare the Managed Workspace with what we know is the most up to date workspace in another location and then make the changes??  (Something like Beyone Compare.) We know a little about Local Document Organizer but have not figured out the best approach to update the Workspaces with it.  Maybe this is not the correct way to go.  Could someone point us in the correct direction or point us to the process in how to update Managed Workspaces.

    Thanks,

If I have to update/replace anything in my Managed Workspace I typically export the file (managed) make the change or replace locally and then re-import. This will let the datasource know it's "new" and will force it down to the users at their next usage.

Adding new files I just upload into the MW, but if it's something that needs to be pulled down for your users at the next usage than I generally trick it with a variable and/or a wildcard for a folder in the workspace itself. Kind of depends what the new material is.
