Issues with Civil 3D (2014 and 2016) integration after installing CE 10.0.1.67

I have installed Projectwise Connect edition 10.0.1.67 this morning.

Both Civil 3D 2014 and 2016 return 'Customization file load failed. File not found' notices for  _RIBBON and _REFRESHSHORTCUTNODE.

Have tried reinstall on PW components, repair of AutoCad installs, etc.  Not change in message.  Looking for any advice on how to proceed.

Where did you get this installer from? This build is not on selectservices for download.

Louie, our testing showed that having both 2014 and 2016 installed at the same time seems to cause this. Once we uninstalled 2014, and reinstalled 2016 it worked again. Inconvenient if you need the older version for compatibility.

Thanks Brandon but unfortunately life isn't that simple... We have clients that insist we stay with Civil3D 2014... Why can't everybody just use OpenRoads

      Hi Louie.N,

This was discovered as a bug and we have a workaround. Copy all of the files that are in C:\ProgramData\Bentley\ProjectWise\08.11\AutoCAD\support\en to C:\ProgramData\Bentley\ProjectWise\10.00\AutoCAD\support\en. If there are any files that windows tells you are duplicated, just ignore copying those over.

      Regards,
      Phil
