    ProjectWise managed workspaces data cleanup

Is it a good practice from time to time to delete PW files and folders from your hard drive?

I have a user that is seeing errors with .rsc files. Such as fonts not appearing. Other uses with the same project are having no issues.

    Thanks in advance

    - Joe

Hi Joe, yes, it all depends on what is removed. In this case it appears the user may have a permission issue. Have you run a debug on the Managed Workspace. This will help determine what is causing the error. Thank you, Raul

Thanks Raul, I have run a "purge workspace" but not a debug. Where could I find a "debug"?

      Thanks,

Hello Joe, you would want to run a switch with MicroStation to create a debug report. Below is a link with instructions. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you, Raul
