Apparently the fencepublisher.dll is part of that. It&amp;#39;s loaded from pwgeo.cfg file in the microstation\config\appl directory. Just deleting that file probably fixes it too.&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
