Microstation and Projectwise

I have Microstation files in Projectwise with references. In Projectwise, I moved the folder where the reference files reside. I  run the Scan Reference and Link sets tool to restore the reference file attachments and was successful. To check, I click to one of the file in Projectwise and open Open Dependency Viewer and references are there. I opened the Navigator tool in Projectwise and reference files displayed. However, when I opened the file in Microstation, for some reason the reference files were not displaying. If you open reference manager dialog all reference files turned red which means that reference files were not found. Any suggestions?
