DGN files stored on ProjectwIse don't open or take to long to open (no error msg show) offline XML files issue?

I started having this issue with PW dgn files

Files stop opening or they take forever to load in AECOsim (Dont get any error message box or crash, everything works til the AECOsim viewport windows pops up and it just stay there freeze or after maybe 3 or more minutes some of the files eventually open)

I was able to fix this by erasing all the *.XML files from the offline C:\pw_online

Anyone know what is going on?
