PW Admin table conversion error after update - 08.11.11.590 to 10.00.02.99

After a successful DMSCONV of projectwise database I am getting the error in the screenshot below.  I have also attached log files from the DMSCONV, dmskrnl, and pwadmin.  The issue seems to be coming from the spatial tables.  Any help is appreciated.

Thank you Molly! That was the issue. There were 2 files in the storage area but not listed in PWE or no record in the database. There both refered to the spatial system and once I renamed them the PW Admin table upgrade worked.

      Thanks again.

Molly, you are correct! The file exists in the storage area but not visible in PW Explorer. I will try your suggestion as well as turn up the logging on the dmskrnl.

      Thanks for the reply.

the error -11040 is that it can't overwrite object, and it sounds like you found the file already exists in the storage area. I would bet it doesn't exist in the PW folder structure, so PW is trying to create it and running into a conflict. Try renaming the world.dpr in the storage area and try again. I just saw this recently with another user, and it was the case for a few files before it worked.
