    Physically print PDF

May sound like a strange question but....

We wanted to send PDF to a printer from projectWise so we can Physically print a pdf or other documents.

We seems to be able to do it one by one, but not in batch????

Did I miss something? I was under the impression this was like a default out of the box thing we can do? Do we need to configure/setup something?

And I agree with you Luc. 2018 and I cannot batch print pdf's directly out of Projectwise! And why should anyone have to do a whole pile of workarounds for something that should be a straightforward print…

I believe this has been a long standing enhancement, to be able to use the "send to printer" when selecting more than one document.

Have you looked at using InterPlot Organizer?  We use that, in a workflow:  ICS Creates the PDFs, --> Right click the PDFs --> Add to Plot Set (ips file) then open the IPS file with Interplot, from their you can print directly to a printer, OR, what we do often is to create another PDF out of the all of the pdf listed, (Book)

      Thank you Stephen

I've look at interplot very briefly, maybe I need to take a second, third or four look into this..... But to be honest I was hoping in 2017 that printing would have been an issue of the past.

      Thanks again for your input

      Have a good day
