    Hi,

ProjectWise Explorer Connect Edition version .203

    Office 2016

Some users have Outlook freezes when they're using the Send to>Mail Recipient as Link command.

    Anyone experiencing this problem?

    Thanks,

    SH

Emails are plain text only when PW makes it freeze. All users have Windows10 machine with Office365 since 3 months now.

Is it possible for user to disable other add-ins (PDF x-change and Antidote) in Outlook and then try to Send To > Mail Recipient as Link ?

IF there won't be any difference I would suggest contacting Bentley Technical Support for deeper investigation.
