Problems occurs about 1 time every 2 weeks so it’s hard to troubleshoot. I updated 2 workstation with the latest version of ProjectWise Explorer and hope it will fix the problem.

I will contact Bentley Support but I doubt they will help… Use to ask to reinstall the software or rebuild the entire machine as usual suggestion. Waisted time.

Is it possible for user to disable other add-ins (PDF x-change and Antidote) in Outlook and then try to Send To > Mail Recipient as Link ?

IF there won't be any difference I would suggest contacting Bentley Technical Support for deeper investigation.

Emails are plain text only when PW makes it freeze. All users have Windows10 machine with Office365 since 3 months now.

Outlook makes plain text only on ProjectWise links or on all links? If all links are as plain text then change Ourlook settings.

When this crash issue started to occur? after Outlook upgrade maybe? Did you try to reinstall PW Explorer?

Random freeze.

Hi,

Does Outlook always freeze for those users or it's random freeze? Do they use URN or URL links?
