ProjectWise transmittal draft stuck in Issuing in progress status

ProjectWise v8i SS4 08.11.11.590 
 Bentley Transmittal Server 01.00.1138 
 A transmittal draft is stuck in the issuing in progress status and cannot be opened or deleted through ProjectWise Explorer. 
 Any suggestions on how to correct this or remove it from the list? 
 This is a single transmittal, in one project. Subsequent transmittal's have been generated and issued without error.

I'm sorry for the delay in response, but once a transmittal is issued (even if it gets "stuck") there is no way to delete it. You can right click on it and create a new transmittal using that as a draft to attempt the resend.
