ProjectWise permissions question

I am trying to set specific permissions on a folder in ProjectWise.

There is a user group (say 'All Users') which contains all users who by default have Read access to everything within the Project.

I would like to create an additional user group (say 'Special Users') with users who will have Read access to a specific folder within the Project. I do not want other members of the 'All Users' group to have access to this specific folder. The users in 'Special Users' are also members of 'All Users'

If I remove the Read access for 'All Users' to this specific folder, 'No Access' is automatically applied which then overrides the Read access given to the 'Special Users' group.

Is there a way I can restrict access for all other users in the 'All Users' group whilst retaining access for those users who are also within 'Special Users'? I know I could just remove users who are in both groups from the 'All Users' group, but I would then need to set permissions specifically for every other part of the project for the 'Special Users' group.
