Anyone using SS4 projectwise on Win 10 OS?

I see the post below from dana but has anyone tried SS4 version .590 on Windows 10. Is there any way to use this version on Windows 10 without upgrading projectwise ?

it was buggy and unreliable for us when we tried it, some would see datasources but have weird crashes at other times. Moving to Connect client solved the issues. You don't need to upgrade your backend servers or non-Windows 10 computers to Connect on Windows 10.
