PW copy out full folder structure

Hi,

I am trying to implement a managed workspace (For Openroads Designer) and need to have a full directory copied out into a single bms local folder for some functionality to work correctly (eg. Civil reports). What I need is a certain folder to copy out it's contents and all its subfolders into a single local folder (currently it's putting all subfolders into separate local folders).

Is there a way to make this happen via the managed workspace setup (same as Microstation CONNECT) or PW admin settings, etc.
