PW Working Directory not download completely on external client machines.

We have a managed WorkSpace that opens .pcf files depending upon the name of the Parent Project Folder. When I open the same .dgn as a external client does, my pw_workindir has around 20 dms folders containing all the cached workspace elements. When my external sub client opens the same .dgn, they only download around 5 cached dms folders, and are missing a huge chunk of the workspace.. fonts, pentables, etc.

It is not a security permission issue, as I have logged onto their machine remotely with my administrative account, and I got the same lacking results.

I have also tested on other machines not linked to their domain, nor mine, and those machines did download the complete workspace correctly.

I am using CONNECT Edition in ProjectWise 10.00.02.99 & SS4 in PowerGEOPAK

I feel like the issue lies solely on the single external client's machines, but I am not sure what I can do to help fix this. Please help... Thanks.

have you purged the workspace off your local machine to make sure you aren't seeing the results of old copies of stuff on your machine?

also, have you looked in the pwc.log and mcmintr.log files for errors?
