Managed Workspace fails to load in 10.00.02.320 but not in 10.0.01.171

I have run into an issue with a client hosted projectwise managed workspace. I am attempting to open files in their projectwise using the 10.00.02.320 PW Explorer client but I get this error when trying opening a microstation file.

If I open the same file in the same location with the 10.00.01.171 PW Explorer client it works with no issues. Since I am unable to see/investigate the client managed workspace I have run out of ideas as to the cause of this problem. Has anyone run into similar issues with Client versions causing managed workspaces issues?

I know this isn't much to go on but I thought maybe someone has had similar issues.

    Thanks...

Would recommend turning on the debugging options. That will help tell you what's wrong. This is found under PW>Tools>Options | Settings Tab, expand Managed Configuration and expand Export relative path errors handling. Click the Prompt User radio button. This may tell you what is wrong. The 320 build is less error tolerant, and if a condition is false, the MW may not load for example. Other areas to look such as a MS_DGNAPP that is not found, or MS_INITAPPS may be the culprit.
