Autocad drawing is opening in editable mode when opened in "READ ONLY"

1. verify the user is really opening the file in read only mode from ProjectWise.

2. Check the audit trail on the file, if it also says the user checked out the drawing, then something is causing the document to be checked out. might be something in the autocad integration.

3. Boost logging in the odma.log.xml. it has some categories specific to autodesk integration that might provide details.

4. open a ticket with Bentley.

1. Either  click in “Open” or “Open as Read-Only”, it triggers the application which is associate under “Open” option, Can separate configurations be made for Ready only to trigger different applications ?
2. Can we disable Read only option in PW ?

 There is a user setting (Document List > Double click action) that controls what happens when you double-click a document in ProjectWise Explorer. By default the double-click action is set to open documents, but you can change that to another action, such as Open as read-only, or your administrator may have hidden this user setting and set a default for you.
