ProjectWise related issue (Error 222 and Error 112195)

I have been getting two error messages when I am trying to use microstation.  I am getting error 222 (Cannot start application for the specified document. Check your program associations.  Failed to generate managed workspace configuration file.) when I am trying to open a file that someone else created.  I am getting error message 112195 (multiple simultaneous logins to the same datasource are not allowed.  Operation is not allowed.) when I am trying to open a file that I created but has references to other microstation files.  I can get in files with no issue when there are no references attached.  I was originally using windows 7 microstation SS2 and projectwise explorer.  Now I am using windows 7 microstation SS2 and projectwise explorer with the same issues occurring.

I just ran into this as well on one of our projects, while opening some DGN files using Microstation V8i 8.11.9.832 and PWE 3.140. The error is: Error 112195 (multiple simultaneous logins to the same datasource are not allowed.  Operation is not allowed.) This does not happen on other DGN files in a different project within PWE, its the same workspace attached to all of these files and it only happens to a couple of users. Any Ideas on how to fix this error?

I am still going through issues with PW.  I believe this original issue might have been some corrupt files.  I would  try and detach one file at a time and try and figure out which file is causing the issue.  My other thought would be if one user created all of the files it could be from them creating the folders if the workspace did not copy down from the original (another issue I had). I tried changing the versions of microstation and PWwith no luck.  We are currently trying to change my microstation profile to see if it was corrupted but I no longer get this error.
