I tried changing the versions of microstation and PWwith no luck. We are currently trying to change my microstation profile to see if it was corrupted but I no longer get this error.

RE: ProjectWise related issue (Error 222 and Error 112195)

I just ran into this as well on one of our projects, while opening some DGN files using Microstation V8i 8.11.9.832 and PWE 3.140. The error is: Error 112195 (multiple simultaneous logins to the same datasource are not allowed. Operation is not allowed.) This does not happen on other DGN files in a different project within PWE, its the same workspace attached to all of these files and it only happens to a couple of users. Any Ideas on how to fix this error?
