    Projectwise Integration for Revit 2019

    Hi,

Is anyone using ProjectWise Adnanced Integration for Revit 2019 and if so, any issues/limitations in using it for a multi-user project spread throughout various locations?

Our team is very hesitant to use it over BIM 360 and there is insufficient current information for them to get it up and running with any confidence.

    Regards,

    Mark

Hi Swaroop, with the Advanced Revit Integration, the central file no longer has to reside in a PW datasource. The central model can be stored anywhere (BIM360 Design, windows file server, Revit Server, etc), but the stand alone models that are shared for coordination or publishing are stored in the PW datasource. Here is a video that explains it a little more

Actually its both side. because the Revit central file will be located in Projectwise and every time you open it will take time depend on the size of your drawing.

Thanks, is this a ProjectWise connection speed issue or Revit specific speed problem?

      Regards,

      Mark

yes there is a issue of slowness and especially updating the central file is taking time.
