    ICS for PDF Error - Could not set up the environment

    I am having issues with our ICS server when generating PDFs and can't seem to find any help on this particular error. I also have a ticket in with Bentley and if I get a resolution, will post it here. 

    When I create a job or send an ad-hoc job, one pdf is generated and then most of the rest have the following error

    Failed to create renditions on 'ICSforPDFServer' for plot 'filename': Error starting print job
    - Could not set up the environment for the Document Set Renderer (HRESULT=0x80004005).

    Doesn't matter if the files are MS office documents, Dwgs, or Dgns
    Have tried on multiple DataSources, Have tried with and without set files and attribute mapping. 

    When looking at the logs, either side of the error I can't see anything obvious.

    Has anyone seen this error before? I've gone back through the implementation guide again and still no joy. 

    Integration Server - 10.00.03.140
    ICS - 10.00.03.140
    Ghost Script - 9.16
    Microstation - 10.10.0.23
    Interplot driver - 10.00.01.36
    Inter[plot organiser - 10.00.01.22
    Orch framework - 10.00.03.116

      One of the team members here is fighting a similar issue, though specific to office docs. 

      Suggest you put a ticket in with TSG..

      Thanks Paul, Yes I've had a ticket in with Bentley for a few days. If I get a solution, I'll add here.
