As said, I was wondering if this is allowed in ProjectWise.

    Thank you all in advances

    Regards

Not that I'm aware of, Projectwise uses the check-out check-in process which means only one person can have a document open at a time.

Can you please tell me which version of ProjectWise you're used to work with? Or which version is your answer referred to?

I find it surprising that in the new online version they have not added this functionality (which I understood was integrated with office 365)

Daniel, the response i gave was in reference to Projectwise Explorer and not Projectwise Connect online.

For Projectwise Online there is integration with Office 365 products but i'm not aware of any ability for multiple users to work simultaneously on the same file.

ProjectWise is a document management service, it provides solutions for managing documents, not editing them.  If you store an Office document in ProjectWise and want to have simultaneous users, one person has to check out the document and then share that with others in Office, then when done check the work back into ProjectWise.

The only application I'm aware of where ProjectWise supports multi-user editing is Revit, and many users are not fond of the workflow restrictions it has.

Bluebeam can also take documents from ProjectWise and use them in their multi-user sessions but that integration is written and maintained by Bluebeam not Bentley.
