    Projectwise reference file problem

Can someone help me with this problem!

Every once in a while when I open a microstation file from projectwise explorer some of my reference files don't show up.  It's in my reference dialog box but it's showing up of red.  Then if I get out of the file and open it up again the files will show up.  Has anyone every had this problem before?

Could you look into your pwc.log to see if you have any error on copying out the reference files?

What version of Windows ? What versions of Bentley products are you using ? Are you in a "locked-down" workstation environment ?

If you can supply this information, it will be helpful. Thanks.

       Mike

My windows version is 5.1, Projectwise explorer version is 08.09.04.116 and my microstation V8 version is 08.05.02.70.  I'm not sure what you mean by a locked-down workstation environment.

      Thomas,

In this particular context, you will see the error 11037 when Windows itself is unable to access a file. Unfortunately, this is not something I can investigate via this forum. In order to get the necessary detail to resolve this issue, I encourage to you contact Bentley TSG (you can reference this thread, if you like), and they can assist you in configuring the necessary diagnostics we need to investigate and resolve this issue.

       Mike
