External DC on PWDM project's visibility

Hi support team

I would like to find out if someone who joins the project midway in the PWDM platform, will he be able to view all the past history of the project submissions?

If not, how could we enable it?

If the pas transmittals are not marked as confidential, the new project participant will be able to see the transmittals. Please refer below snapshot, which highlights the confidential data option: Hope…
