Open Save dialog views Name column moved to far right

We are testing upgrade to our PW clients to version 3.434 noticing some users have their 'Name' column shifted to the far right.

Seems like a bug to me have other's encountered this?

Is this issue still exists?

Maybe you should check view settings once in PWE.

Hi,

this is still an issue and we have checked PWE view settings. We are told this is a bug and a bug report was filed for us. We have almost a dozen users who have reported this.
