    Hello Community

I have a user that suddenly cannot see anymore the Document folder.

He can only see Custom Folder, Component, and search

All things were working great until Friday. Since today all document visibility have  stop

The user had the PW upgrade to 434 about a week to two ago

Any one have a hint what can cause this?

      Check the user's setting:

      Folder > Show folder hierarchy

Turning that off in my test user made the documents folder disappear

      Thanks Kevin

      It seems to have work

Is there a way to see this in the audit trail to figure out who could have change this?

depends on your audit trail settings. if you have user auditing turned on it shows up as a "Modify User Setting" Action. The User Name and User Description column are the person that did the action. The Object Name and Object Description are the account the action was done TO. There is no status of which setting was changed, just that a setting was changed.

If the User Settings > Folder > Can change Folder Settings is turned on the user can change their own settings. We turn this off for the Folder setting, there isn't anything in there we want users changing on their own.
