pwe will not open word documents 50002

Question

i cannot get pwe to open word documents. I have check desktop integration, unistalled and reinstalled integration. I have checked the add-ins , that is all good. I even changed loadbehavior to 3. I removed associations for word. I have literally tried every thing listed. office 365, pwe connect 10.0.3.280

Try upgrading to PW Explorer 3.3 or later (10.00.03. 3xx). Most likely a recent Office patch broke that version.
