Unable to integrate the ProjectWise with Revit 2019. ProjectWise Module (Bentley Menu is not Available in Revit 2019). Unable to enable it in Control Panel also.

Below ProjectWise Module (Bentley Menu) is not visible in my colleague's PC.

We are unable to download the"ProjectWise Integration Module for Revit 2019 (x64).msi" file from bentley software center also.

hi, there is a known defect in the 434 client where once a service pack is applied to Revit 2020, the integration will not install. This will be fixed in the next release so that the installer is not as sensitive to version number changes. Are you able to roll back the service pack, install the revit integration, and then reapply the service pack?
