    Hello

How can we force older documents ( email export to projectwise) to have their attribute(s) update

Example I wanted to have the FROM field from outlook to populate an attributes

force File Property Extraction to reprocess the files.

in PW Admin, log into the datasource, Expand Document Processors. Right-click File Property Extraction and select Mark Folder Documents for Reprocessing. Select the folder, turn on Include subfolders if desired, click OK.

It takes awhile for the processing to actually get started.

Just to make sure... In outlook we have the from field, is "from" will be the correct wording to extract the info and place it to an attributes?

Ah, File Extraction puts that info in the File Properties tab in Projectwise:

I think you could write a powershell to pull that info from the File Properties and put it into an Environment Attribute, but I've never done it.
