OpenBuildingsDesigner CONNECTEdition Update 4. Version - 10.04.00.69
ProjectWise Connect 10.00.03.334
Hi All,
I am currently working inside ProjectWise . Meanwhile, I have been working on the current version of a document for about five days now but I want to restore the document back to how it was three days ago.
How do I achieve this on ProjectWise?
Any suggestions would help.
Thank you
Regards
Henry
Unless you manually versioned the file the only way to accomplish this is if the ProjectWise system administrators maintain backups of the storage area. You'll have to request a copy of the file from 3 days ago from them.

Also, if you have not been checking in the file or doing an "Update Server Copy" of the file, the server will not have any of the changes you've made in the last 5 days.
Thank you very much Kevin. Well Noted
If you are using versioning inside of PW, you are able to make on older version the current version by going to the document menu (right click) and selecting new>version. Then select the edit button to see the older version you want to make the active version. If you are not using versions, then what Kevin has suggested it correct. You can use the PW Audit trail to see who else access the file. That may make it easier to find the 3 day old version.
Hi Phil
we use versioning on our documents on PW so your advise is very very valid. Thank you very much
