Is is possible to create a set of dgn files to run renditions on? Currently we are selecting all files in ProjectWise, right click, create renditions. Is there a better way to go about this?

Interplot Organizer can create IPS files to submit to renditions. Very similar to print organizer PSET files.

interplot organizer is included in your Projectwise license (but is an additional install, it's not built-in) so no cost to use.

Is there a go by for this that you are aware of? Something I can use for instructions.

Intstall InterPlot Organizer from Software Downloads, open the ProjectWise InterPlot Organizer CONNECT Edition Help. There isn't any documentation at docs.bentley.com (although i've asked for it). It's very similar to Print Organizer (except it doesn't have those folders that Print Organizer does)

Andrew's suggestion of a saved search is a good idea as well, if you're just wanting a quicker way of selecting all the appropriate files instead of picking and choosing them. This is probably fastest. We do a lot of them. Generally the saved search is either:

      1. Filename based such as *sheet*.dgn
      2. Folder based: *.dgn in folder X and all sub-folders
      3. Environment based - we create an attribute in the environment "include in plot set". they toggle that on and the saved search finds them.

Make sure you have your searches set to return only the current version or you'll get a plot for each file version.
