A process is taking too much time on one of the server, what does it imply?

I received an email from our auto agent indicating a 'MAJOR' issue occurred on one of our prod servers saying that a process took 100% of the time, refer to the pic below-

I wanted to ask if this could amount to a larger issue in the future for us? What exactly does this error implies and is there something I can do to mitigate it while I still can?

    Thankyou.

I've seen it on indexing/file extraction servers. We added a CPU and some memory to the virtual machine and that kind of fixed it. As long as document processing keeps up i don't worry about it too much.

I've seen this on integration severs when users are opening Civil 3D files. This is a huge issue as the integration server is the core server and this will take performance for everybody. It took us months of reworking the Civil 3D workflow and training users to get it resolved.

Thank Kevin for the insight. Its our main Integration server and this was the first time we received anything like this and so wanted to make sure if this could be problematic for us in future. I don't know what exactly triggered this response yet.

Yeah, that's bad. My first guess would be Civil 3D, maybe revit (we have very few revit files), but that's the only thing that's caused it for us so it may just be some bias on my end.
