    Good morning ProjectWise Community,

Has anyone seen the following error when trying to check in a Bentley Design File (OpenRoads Designer Civil Content-based File, more specifically)?:

I've enabled Logging for ProjectWise Explorer, but don't see anything helpful in the way of explaining what is causing this to happen or why.

    Some of the details

    • Operating System:  Windows 10 Pro (64-bit)
    • ProjectWise Explorer Version:  10.00.03.453
    • ProjectWise Design Integration Version (Bentley-hosted):  10.00.03.280
    • Bentley Civil Program:  OpenRoads Designer CONNECT Edition, Version 10.10.01.03 (2021 Release 1)
    • Is a Connected Project:  Yes
    • File Contains References:  Yes
    • File Contains Civil Content:  Yes
    • Civil Content Types:  Alignments, Profiles, Corridor

Does this happen to all files you have checked out or just the one? Can you copy new files in? There is a little bit of an art to reading log files, you can't just look at the last few errors and see…

      Hello Mark,

I have submitted a Support Request for this, and included Log Files to the Support Specialist. Waiting to hear back. I am hopeful that a Defect Item/Number will be created from this.

Hi Matt, did you end up getting a defect logged for this?

Hi Matt - I have also been experiencing issues with the check in dialog and general checking in DGNs on PW. Thank you - this post and XS kill helped me resolve this issue. Sounds like an ORD bug to me...
