i have just had Navigator Connect installed. I'm signed in on my Connection Client account.
when i open navigator, the message below appears. " server connection is untrusted. contact your server administrator"
Anyone know how to fix this?
by clicking OK, the software opens in "demo" mode. basically useless to me.
We have also faced the similar issue and this might help , But requesting you to validate with Bentley on this.
The imbedded certificate for Navigator 06.01.06.10. has expired. (Note this version of Navigator is nolonger being developed.)1.Upgrade to Navigator 10.02.01.124. However please note this version of Navigator is no longer beingdeveloped and the certificates for this version may expire as well.2.Download and replace the *.pem certificates from a secure reliable source. (posted here only as asuggestion:curl - Extract CA Certs from Mozilla). Replace\rename .pem file in Navigator assets (programfiles) with this new file. Replacing the certificates should only be considered as a temporary workaround untilyou can upgrade or move to Design Review. Note. Certificates cannot be replaced on IOS\Android devices.3.Best solution:Move to Design Review as it is the replacement for Navigator.
