Hi, I've been trying to solve this problem since Geopak won't let me attach any reference or open any document since the file explorer its empty. Any suggestions? Thanks.

This is a Printing forum. you need to move your post to the ProjectWise forum. Hopefully someone there can help you.

      Hello David,

It appears (from the looks of your posted screenshot) that you are running these Bentley programs on Windows 11. Am I correct? In any case, it should be noted the the V8i generation of Bentley programs, including the current/latest version of ProjectWise Explorer and Power GEOPAK V8i (SELECTseries 10), are not certified to run on Windows 11 (the V8i products will likely never see a certified version). A future version of ProjectWise Explorer will support Windows 11 (no knowledge of release timing).

      David,

We have been experiencing a similar thing when accessing a datasource hosted by another company via our gateway/cache servers.  You are able to open a file and it correctly opens any referenced files but if you try and attach a new reference it comes up blank.

If we go direct to the external datasource rather than going via the gateway/cache servers then we are correctly able to attach new files form within ProjectWise.

I haven't gotten to the bottom of it yet but if I manage to work it out I will let update this ticket.

      Good morning Gary,

This is a good method that I will try today. As Matthew mentioned in the comment above I am using Windows 11 and will need the update for it to work as it should. Thank you very much on the update and please keep the ticket posted if you happen to find something else! Thank you very much for your time.
