Wrong display of "ProjectWise Icon Shortcut"

Hi all, 
 I recently installed ProjectWise Explorer in Window 10. 
 But it seems ProjectWise Icon Shortcut is not correct. 
 How can I fix that?

This is odd, for sure. 
 
 Can you browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\ProjectWise\bin and run pwc.exe ? If so, try right-clicking on pwc.exe and choose Create shortcut . Check to see if this new Shortcut works. If so, then you can move it your Windows Desktop and rename to ProjectWise Explorer (creating the Shortcut will default to pwc.exe - Shortcut for the name).
