Civil 3d 2020 Xref : Issue

Good morning All,

I use projectwise to check out my drawings. When I attempt to attach a drawing form PW it will only show my local disk rather than PW ( i need to have it pull from PW). will I need IT to help or is it an easy fix? ( I don't have admin access) I thought by downloading the PW AutoCAD ribbon it fix the issue, but it did not. It still only shows my local disk thank you for the responses and my apologies if the issue has a previous solution already.
