Not sure why. Normally we request e-mails by (Open Dialog), but no dialog box is shown. when a state is changed. The workaround for now is to use Power Automate (<span>(</span><span><a title="https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/bentley/" href="https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/bentley/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/bentley/</a>).
